I think I should share some background informations.

I sadly can’t put everything in the story you maybe wanna know. That would be a massive info dump.

If you take a look on the map you’ll see the most important cities of Echeran.

They are mostly self governed by nobility, the Order of Surea in case of Scandovar

or in the case of Eldern by a council of five Red Feather Librarians. (Yes there is one of them in this room.)

The sultan of Quenda just send out a delegate. (golden turban)

Why is Ayrin not oficially invited to this council?

Ellean introduced him as Lord of Askaran… but ideed he isn’t, Oldec is.

Yeah, Oldec should have been invitetd, but he’s neither.

(I have a hunch he’s not really popular even at court.)
