Hmmm – I could tell you a lot of aditional stuff about Yaen, and also Ellean … but I won’t do it now. Nevertheless I think there’s something I maybe should remind you: They are not human! This is not just a question of a different culture, it’s a complete different species. And even if Reeshan makes you forget that, his horns and his slit pupils are more than decorative props. During the last week I thought a lot about orcs. Last week Marina Justyaoi wrote in the comments ‘…they really are quite ugly.’ My first idea was to write to reply ‘they think the same about us.’ But indeed I think they wouldn’t. They certainly have a sense for beauty, it’s just not important for them and definetely not attractive. Orcs are attrcted by muscles. Maybe by the length of tusks. By strength and power. By bravery.  They wouldn’t consider someone like Ayrin as ugly, but as the same as a pretty butterfly.  Nice to look at but not very useful. Most orcs are simple.
